SERVICES
CASTING & FORGING
PQD International's casting foundry partners in Taiwan, Vietnam, and China are ISO or TS-16949 certified and specialize in sand castings, investment castings, lost wax castings, and forgings. We support a wide range of materials: iron, steel, manganese, stainless steel, and aluminum. Foundries must have complete metallurgical labs to be a PQD casting partner.
With a broad range of partnering machine shops supporting these casting foundries, we can provide secondary operations from precision machining, assembly, finishing, and packaging for your castings and forgings.
DIE CASTING
With operations in the U.S, Taiwan, Vietnam and China, PQD has access to both aluminum and zinc die casting machines ranging from 5 to 2000 tons.
If utilizing our secondary capabilities, a complete one-stop solution is an economic and logistical advantage for our customers. Die castings can be finished with secondary machining, zinc plating, chrome plating, electroless plating, and etc.
SHAFT AND AXLES
Since 2002, PQD has manufactured over 30 million high-precision shafts and axles with serrations or splines for original equipment manufacturers of riding mowers, ATVs, snowmobiles and other commercial and industrial equipment.
State-of-the-art heat treatment furnaces ensure consistent hardness and case depth of the shafts and axles. Our quality inspectors, equipped with high-precision gauges, perform both in-process and final inspections.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
With our in-house product designers and engineers, PQD can take your product from concept through design, engineering, prototyping, testing, to mass production. We have capabilities in industrial design, electronics, mechanical engineering, APP and software development.
With our wide network of suppliers and PQD-owned assembly plants, we can get each component manufactured and then assembled in PQD's own assembly plant to protect your product's intellectual properties.
