The product development cycle can be summarized into six phases. Most of our clients come to us with an idea and a target audience. We typically take over from the engineering design to manufacturing phase. The engineering design stage involves developing 2D drawings and 3D computer aided design (CAD) files for our clients. After the 2D and 3D CAD files are finalized, the prototyping phase begins. The prototype is a mockup sample that can be refined and used to validate the product design before moving forward to mass production. After the prototype is finalized and approved, the product enters the costing phase where the unit price for the product is determined.
